Where is Mister Frank? is a short film about a simple farmer who finds himself in a not-so-simple situation when he fights to protect his farm from bureaucratic fraud.

The year is 1848. While rebellions and revolutions are taking place in Europe, life on the outskirts of the Austrian Empire is seemingly peaceful and mundane. Lovrenc is a simple farmer who day after day defies all obstacles and keeps his estate alive. But his naivety and lack of education caught attention from some local influential figures who are looking for opportunities to make a quick buck. The usual procedure at a notary turns into confusion and quickly raises the entire square to its feet. In the midst of the confrontation of the crowd of all classes and estates, an unexpected ally steps on Lovrenc's side.
